How We Work
Our Design Process in Six Steps
1. Requirements Assessment and Consultation
We discuss the project, the technical requirements, and the installation environment. We also assist in defining and refining the specifications once the challenge has been identified.
2. Concept Development and Feasibility
We develop the possible technical concepts and assess their feasibility. This helps prevent misunderstandings and additional work later in the process, while ensuring a solution that is optimized both technically and financially.
3. On-Site Surveying and Data Collection
We collect all the information required for the design process, including existing drawings, sample components, and related machine units. When required, we survey the site using a 3D laser scanner, providing an accurate digital representation of the installation environment.
4. Detailed Design and 3D Modelling
We create the detailed 3D mechanical model, including the individual units, movements, drive systems, and the related structural steel components.
5. Manufacturing Documentation and Coordination
We prepare the 2D manufacturing drawings, bill of materials, and the related technical documentation, then finalize them in cooperation with the Client and the manufacturing partner.
6. Handover and Support
We deliver the completed documentation and remain available throughout the manufacturing and installation phases to assist with any technical questions that may arise.

Design of target machines and devices
We design special-purpose machines and industrial equipment for specific applications, providing complete mechanical engineering solutions from the development of technical specifications through to manufacturing.
Design of steel structures
We provide steel structure design services with short lead times. Upon request, the structures are verified by a structural engineer for the loads specified by the Client.
Conveyor Belts and Conveyor Systems
We design conveyor belts and conveyor systems with short lead times, including the modification of existing material handling systems.
3D Models and Manufacturing Documentation
Based on an existing machine drawing, product sample, or hand-drawn sketch, we create 3D models and manufacturing drawings, or modify existing ones to meet your requirements.
Visualizations, layout drawings and P&IDs
From the 3D model, we create rendered visualizations, mechanical animations, as well as layout drawings and P&ID process diagrams.
